At the top left, small text reads "Constantly Living Inside My Best" written vertically using the first letters of CLIMB. Below, large white letters outlined in black spell out the core PBIS values: C for Character, L for Learning, I for Integrity, M for Mindset, and B for Belonging. To the right, a black silhouette depicts a climber ascending a rocky cliff face with an ice axe. The white and gold Iron Mountain "IM" school logo is located in the bottom right corner.
What is CLIMB?

CLIMB is the behavioral framework used at the Middle and High School (6-12). CLIMB means Constantly Living Inside My Best every day by showing up with Character, Learning, Integrity, Mindset & Belonging.

To support these values, the school recently relaunched the Mountaineer Mindset student group at both the Middle and High School level. Led by passionate student leaders and supported by the Student Success team, this group works directly with their peers to build an encouraging school culture where every student can CLIMB to their full potential!
