EK/Kindergarten Registration
- Must be 5 years old by September 1st, 2024 to attend Kindergarten
- If a child turns 5 years old between September 1st and December 1st they must sign a waiver to attend Kindergarten or Early-Kindergarten.
- Kindergarten students will be screened through their school
- Early Kindergarten/ Early K is NOT another year of preschool/head start.
- Children age 5 by September 1, 2025 are eligible for enrollment.

- After pre-registration is accepted, you will be sent additional electronic forms to complete via PowerSchool.

Parents registering their children for the first time in Iron Mountain Public Schools must provide proof of residency, identity, age and immunizations.
Students who have previously attended school should bring their latest report card, if available. Students receiving special education services should bring a copy of their current Individualized Education Program (IEP).
