The 2026 senior class is selling Mountaineer Moolah tickets to help with their senior class activities throughout the year.

Each ticket is $20.

December 16 - Winter Wonderland Concert
The grade 5 - 12 Winter Wonderland Concert will be held on Tuesday, December 16 at 6:00 PM in the IMHS Auditorium! Please join us for an evening of music that will bring out the holiday spirit! Doors open at 5:30 PM and admission is free!

Saturday Morning Basketball Camp Grades EK - 8th
Tomorrow, December 13, is the start of the Iron Mountain Saturday Morning Basketball camp. This camp is for grades EK-8th. The camp for EK-3rd grades is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and the camp for grades 4th-8th is from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

The camp dates are:

December 13 and 20

January 10, 17, and 24

February 7 and a later date to be announced

The cost of the camp is $35 per participant. Checks made payable to: Iron Mountain Basketball.

Transportation Message
Dear Iron Mountain Families,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a growing concern we are experiencing with morning bus pickups. Recently, our transportation team has reported frequent delays caused by students not being ready at their bus stops when the bus arrives.

As a reminder, it is posted on our district website that students should be at their designated bus stop at least 10 minutes before the published arrival time. This buffer allows for natural variations in the route and ensures that your child is ready to board safely and promptly.

When buses must wait several minutes for students to come outside, those minutes add up across the route. Unfortunately, this is resulting in buses arriving late to school and affecting students’ ability to start their day on time.

Beginning immediately, please be aware that buses will not wait more than a couple of minutes at each stop. If a student is not outside and ready, the bus will need to continue on its route to keep all pickups and arrival times on schedule.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain safe, timely, and efficient transportation for all students. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact our transportation department or the school office.
