Tuesday was the traditional Christmas Concert featuring the 5th-12th grade Choirs. The night was full of beautiful music and solos by Sabrina Markey, Quyen Tran, Devon Nattiel-Loar, and Alex Chartier. Well done to narrators, Sabrina Markey, Madison Jandreau, and Hadleigh Baker!

"Senior defensive end Alec Haferkorn took home AP All-State first team honors.

He was earlier named the 2024 West PAC – Iron Division Defensive Player of the Year and the UPSSA’s Defensive Player of the Year.

Senior running back Alex Jayne was named to the All-State second team while senior wide receiver Oskar Kangas received honorable mention honors."

Congratulations to the Middle School Quiz Bowl team, who won third place this weekend at Bark River-Harris High School! The team won 3 out of their 5 rounds of trivia and math questions. Schools all over the UP come to compete in Quiz Bowl.

Congratulations to the 8th grade boys basketball team and Coach Kyle Johnson for winning the 8th Grade Championship vs Niagara! Way to go, Mountaineers!
